We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, personalized items, items marked as final sale, and any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
